About us
Marana Tha community is a Catholic community that includes and welcomes children, youth and adults who want to experience authentic Christianity and share the gift of living faith with others. It is a place of gathering, prayer, worship, formation, and evangelization. The community is under the patronage of School Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi.
The charism of our community is best described by our name Marana Tha, which means "Come Lord" or "the Lord is coming".
Our desire is for more people to experience God's love, accept freedom offered by Jesus, and live close to Him.
What we do
We regularly meet in prayer and formation groups which enables us to reach out to others through various evangelization programs.
We organize various evangelization and bible courses, prayer meetings, worship evenings, Alpha courses, conferences, men's and women's retreats, Fire rallies, etc.
